This support is designed to help users get Red Hat Linux up and running and perform basic configuration tasks:
- Hardware compatibility questions
- Basic hard drive partitioning
- Installation on certified hardware
- Configuring dual-boot of Red Hat Linux and one other OS using LILO (Intel
platform only)
- Configuring X windowing system using XF86Setup or Xconfigurator
- Configuring a local parallel port printer to print text
- Configuring a mouse
- Configuring a modem to dial into an Internet Service Provider (ISP)

- Single-site Apache WWW server support, excluding CGE and performance
configuration
